The thinking behind the work

The renovation reconfigured the primary bathroom to create a different arrangement for the vanity, shower, and toilet area.

Remove and Reconfigure

The existing bathtub was removed and plumbing relocated to support the new layout. The area previously occupied by a small shower became a separate toilet area.

Create the Main Features

A custom vanity incorporated a seated preparation area, while the shower was enlarged. The layout made greater use of the space around the existing windows.

Coordinate the Finishes

Marble finishes and glass accents bring the floor, shower, and recessed niche into a coordinated design. The light finishes complement the room’s arched windows.
